Great place just a few km from Etna! The breakfast is excellent with so many options, served with a fine view. Plus, there’s a lovely local lemonade and lavender cosmetics in the room. The pool and views are highlights, perfect for relaxation. 🌄

The panoramic views from our room overlooking the valley were nice! I loved spending time in the spa, especially the sauna and Turkish bath that helped me unwind after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a feast with a sumptuous buffet and freshly made orders that perfectly kickstarted each day.

The air conditioning had issues, which made for uncomfortable nights!!! The restaurant charged extra for ordering off the main menu, which felt unnecessary. Also, the pool area also had overcrowding complaints, impacting relaxation!!!

The spa was nice, but I had to pay for towels!

The location is stunning with gorgeous views of Catania and the surrounding area. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering many delicious options. We truly enjoyed our time at the pool despite the cold water, and the staff was always friendly, making us feel welcome.

My kids wished there were more flexible hours for families. It would be great if the hotel could improve the accommodation setup by ensuring enough space for larger families like ours.

Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of options to fuel our adventures. Just a heads up, don’t expect luxury in the rooms, but they were decent for the price.

One downside was the cramped rooms that made it a bit hard to relax. the limited space was challenging, especially when unpacking.

Additionally, the wellness area had great amenities, though it would be better if the spa provided gowns and slippers directly in the rooms to avoid any confusion during your visit.
